1. about us

by bloop ltd is a limited company registered in scotland. registered address: 3/2, 1587 great western road, anniesland, glasgow, g13 1ls. contact: rich@bybloop.com.

2. our service

we provide a monthly content kit service for hospitality and leisure businesses, including photography, video, graphic design, caption writing, and social media scheduling.

3. deposit

a £50 deposit is required to secure your slot. this deposit is refundable if, following your discovery call, we determine that your business does not qualify for our service. once your package has been signed off and onboarding is underway, the deposit becomes non-refundable. the deposit is deducted from your first month's subscription.

4. monthly rolling plan

the monthly rolling plan continues on a rolling monthly basis. you may cancel at any time by giving 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. no refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has begun.

5. 6-month commitment plan

the 6-month plan is a fixed-term commitment. no refunds are available once the plan has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing by by bloop ltd.

6. our obligations

we will deliver four content units per month, including captions and scheduling, within the agreed timelines. we will provide two rounds of revisions per month. drafts will be delivered within 5 working days of the shoot.

7. your obligations

you agree to provide timely access to your premises for shoots, respond to discovery packs within a reasonable timeframe, and provide any necessary approvals promptly.

8. intellectual property

all content created by by bloop ltd remains our intellectual property until full payment for that month has been received, at which point ownership transfers to you.

9. limitation of liability

by bloop ltd's liability is limited to the value of the monthly subscription fee paid. we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of scotland.
